Transaction Limits

It is completely within our prerogative to refuse any order that is placed on this platform. We may choose to nullify any transaction that we deem suspicious. They may be transactions on a single account, payment card or orders made to the same postal code. Any transaction that we perceive may be placed by a dealer, reseller or distributor may be cancelled. We may also place quantity limits to orders placed per person, order or household.

 

Changes to our online platform

We have complete liberty to make changes to this website as and whenever we see fit, with or without prior notice. We may change or remove any online features or extensions as we see fit. We may also discontinue whatever products that we judge to be unfit for the Heczibah brand for any reason.

All intellectual contents and brands on the Heczibah website are the sole property of Heczibah Group Incorporated. All forms of duplication for commercial use are strictly forbidden.

 

Feedbacks

Users can submit their feedback via our comment section on the website. While we welcome all feedback, we ask that you do not submit any creative ideas unless requested by Heczibah Group Incorporated. In the event that any such creative ideas are adopted, Heczibah Incorporated is under no obligation to provide any compensation to any user or third party agents. Users are responsible for any comment that they post on the site, and Heczibah Incorporated will bear no liability for any incendiary, misleading or libelous comments that are made on the site. While we have every right to remove comments as we see fit, we are under no obligation to do so. We ask that you show respect for our organization and other users of the site when posting any comment. Please do not misrepresent yourself in any way, be it in the use of fake email addresses or any other identifying information. Also, do not attach any files that are bugged with viruses or malware.

Product availability

Besides products that are out of stock or discontinued, products found on our website will always be available for sale.

 

Taxes

Taxes will be applied to purchases according to appropriate Federal and provincial tax rates. In some situations, taxes may also be applied to shipping rates. In the event of a return, refunds will include the taxes charged in addition to the price of the product, but taxes on shipping will not be refunded. All shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable as soon as an item has shipped.

For individuals and organizations qualifying for tax-exempt purchases, please contact our customer support team at heczibah@gmail.com, and provide all relevant documents to process the tax refund.

Whenever we have any errors, omissions or misrepresentations on our website, we reserve the right to make corrections without any prior notices. Note that this may affect an order that may have placed within the time that such changes are made, if they pertain for instance to a product description. We will ensure that we notify you in the event of such a change.

We will ensure that the pictures we post to our website will have the colors of the products as true to life as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the display will be accurate on your screen. Device settings can often affect the quality of display, and we do not take any responsibility for this.

Resolving Disputes

Before any escalations via the legal system, you agree that all disputes will first be handled between you and Heczibah Group Incorporated by stating the matter of grievance in a formal complaint addressed to the concerned party. Law and Jurisdiction of Choice

As far as the law is concerned, all matters will be decided according to the laws of Ontario and Canada. There are no provisions for conflicts with laws of other jurisdictions, and all matters will be settled only by the Superior Court of Justice or Federal Court of Canada in Toronto.

 

Waivers

A waiver of one aspect of these terms and conditions does not mean a suspension of other terms and conditions outlined here. In the event that one or more terms are waived, all others will remain fully valid.

Termination

This agreement may be ended by either you or Heczibah Group Incorporated at any time. Heczibah also reserves the right to deny you access to our website at any time if your previous conduct has been found to be in violation of any of our terms of use. All responsibilities or liabilities sustained as a result of any dealing prior to termination must still be satisfied even after termination.
